1. By booking our services
you accept these terms
and conditions of trading.
 

  

2. By Choosing our regular cleaning service you accept Minimum
3x cleanings
. If Cancelation is Required before
end of this period, We require rest of undone cleanings to
be paid. 

  

  

3. We don’t accept cancelation by the door! Our Work is scheduled
in advance.
 

If you
wish to rebook appointment, we need to know at least 48 hours before. 

Failing to do so, we will charge
full cleaning price.
 

  

4. IF you pay via Online banking, you are
required to pay in 3 days, after cleaning date. Additional cost of £10 will be
charged if payment is late or customer is not responding to our Reminder. 

  

5. Our system work in all weather conditions and
use 100% purified water. 

Weather
conditions (rain) are not acceptable reason for cancelation or postponing our
service. We Guarantee all year round regular service.  

Failing to do so, we will charge
full cleaning price.
 

We
will not clean in Extreme weather (heavy rain, Heavy snow) temperatures under 0
degrees. 

  

6. Any complaints has to be made within 24 hours
after cleaning. After this time we cannot Guarantee free cleaning.  

  

7. If you wish to completely cancel our services you must
provide at least 14 days notice by send us Email or txt message
no later than 14 days before next cleaning is
scheduled.
 

Failure to
do will result in 100% charge cleaning
price.
